Welcome to St Andrews Apartments!

We are delighted you have chosen to stay with us. This page contains a map for driving from the M20, smartphone directions to St Andrews and a video showing you where to park.

******VERY IMPORTANT: St Andrews Apartments can be (slightly) difficult to find due to an error in the postcode system causing confusion between two similar addresses. St Andrews Apartments address is either 34 or 35 St Andrews Park, Tarragon Road, Maidstone, ME16 0WD. Please kindly note it is not 34 or 35 Tarragon Road, which is an entirely different address.******

Finding St Andrews Apartments from the M20

In normal driving conditions, St Andrews Apartments is a 10-15 minute drive from the M20 motorway. You can find a map by following this link: http://from-m20.standrews.la with our suggested route.

If it would be easier for you to download the maps so you can use them when not connected to the internet then please use the following links (however if you’re using an iphone or ipad you need to install the app “iSaveit” otherwise it will open previews. Android devices are not affected):   Map 1    Map 2    Map 3   and then save the maps to your device.

Using Apple Maps or Google Maps

We do recommend that the most efficient way to find St Andrews is via either Google Maps or Apple Maps, as this is accurate. We include a link here which you can click which gives the exact coordinates to your mapping app: http://smartphone.standrews.la.

Internet Access

In apartment 35, the internet access SSID is 35 St Andrews and the code is 88888888 (8×8). In Apartment 34 the SSID is BTHub6-GZH5 and the password is: parkinson34StAP.

Where to Park

Please note that St Andrews Apartments is contained within an 18th-century private residential estate. Each apartment has its own parking space which you are welcome to use. Please kindly do not use parking spaces which do not correspond to your apartment.

Should you have more than one vehicle, you may use the visitors parking. This video shows you where you should park, where your guests should park, and how to enter your apartment: http://park.standrews.la/  – however as with the maps mentioned previously, it maybe more convenient for you to download a copy of this video to your own device to watch offline. This is available here (however as before if you’re using an iphone or ipad you need to install the app “iSaveit” otherwise it will open previews. Collecting Your Keys

As mentioned previously, you will be emailed a description and location (2 minutes walk if you Park at St Andrews) to the key collection location. For security reasons, this will be sent separately.

Damage Deposit

Generally, we expect the apartment to be left as you have found them (with the exception of the bathrooms and bedrooms). Very occasionally we have had guests who have left the apartments in poor condition. Please kindly note that should there be excessive cleaning required this will be billed to your account at a cost of £20 per hour.

Please note that the day you check-in, your credit or debit card that you used to make the booking will be pre-authorised (money held) for £150-250 depending on your group size [with the exception of Airbnb]. This is processed automatically and then reversed when you leave the apartment.

Checking-out

Our checkout time is strictly 11am. This is because an apartment take a long time to clean and get ready for our next guests. When you are ready to leave, please simply post the keys through the letterbox of the apartment you stayed in. There is no need to return them to the key-lock-box.
